Our integrated construction platform is built from the ground up and is seamlessly integrated with acquisitions. Construction partners can scope renovations directly in True Home during diligence to be factored in underwriting. Prior to closing, all parties are made aware of progress allowing construction to begin the same day an asset is acquired.
3Property Management
You do not have to worry about switching between software tools when it comes to Property Management. Leasing can begin prior to the completion of construction to minimize any downtime. Once the asset is stabilized, tenants can pay rent, request work orders and more directly from the tenant portal.
